Terms of Service

VTunnel is provided for development and testing. Users may not use the service for phishing, spam, malware, unauthorized scanning, credential collection, illegal content, or abusive traffic.

VTunnel may suspend accounts, tokens, tunnels, or IP addresses that violate these terms.

Traffic credits

A 10 GB traffic pack is a one-time $1 purchase, not a subscription. Purchased traffic does not expire, is non-transferable, and is consumed only after the free 500 MB. Usage is measured across all tunnels on the account.

Refunds

Contact [email protected] within 14 days if a traffic pack was purchased by mistake. Refund eligibility may depend on whether the purchased traffic has already been consumed and on applicable consumer law.
